SAFe Trainer for Group TechnologyAs an RTE and Agile Change Agent, I was concerned with the cultural change needed to accomplish the Agile transformation. I figure that the best way to create a bottom-up cultural change was by training everyone, as SAFe proposes. I started delivering "Leading SAFe" training with great success. As this was on top of my day to day RTE job, I was only allowed to do it once a month. Word spread out very quickly and the waiting list kept growing in such a way, that I had booked the next 9 months of courses in advance. The attendee list ranged from 10 to 40 people per course. I even was invited to give training in Dublin, Bucharest and Istanbul. Feedback from all of the courses was great, asking me to come back as soon as possible.
